NEW DELHI: BGIS 2025 Semifinals Week 1 kicks off today, March 29. A total of 32 BGMI teams will battle for a spot in the Grand Finals. The competition will be intense as only the top eight teams will move forward, while the remaining 24 will head to Semifinals Week 2.
The teams are divided into four groups, competing in a round-robin format. The 16 best teams from the Quarterfinals are joined by 16 Wildcard entries. Each squad will play 12 matches to secure a top-eight finish.

BGIS 2025 Semifinals Day 1 Match Schedule
The first match will be played between Groups A and B in Erangel. The second and third matches will be between Groups A and C in Miramar and Sanhok. Groups B and C will face off in the fourth match on Erangel, followed by Groups B and D in Miramar. The final match of the day will be between Groups C and D in Erangel.

Underdogs & Strong Contenders
Mastermind Mavericks, NRI, and SOA impressed in the Quarterfinals, finishing in the top five. These underdog teams will look to prove themselves against more experienced squads.
Revenant XSpark, the defending champions, are aiming for their third straight title. True Rippers, with their new addition Team Jelly, have also shown great promise.
Popular teams like GodLike, Vasista, Likitha, and Soul made a strong comeback in the Wildcard round after a shaky Quarterfinals performance. These squads will now aim to dominate the Semifinals.
