NEW DELHI: Day 1 of BGIS 2025 Round 3 was played on March 6, 2025. Groups 1 and 2 played their first three matches. Welt OMG dominated Group 1, while Team Insane ruled Group 2.
A total of 256 teams are competing in Round 3. They are divided into 16 groups. Each team will play six matches. The top six teams from each group will advance. Additionally, 16 teams from the overall leaderboard will also qualify for Round 4.

Welt OMG was outstanding. The team secured two Chicken Dinners and finished first with 57 points, including 37 eliminations. Wyld Fangs, led by Sensei, took second place with 41 points, showing aggressive gameplay. CFxEye4Eye and 120xTZ secured third and fourth places with 33 and 31 points, respectively.
MDN Esports and Silly Esports had a mediocre run, earning 16 and 15 points. EZ and Team Future Stars scored 13 points each. Red Flame Esports, Tryhard Esports, and Choudhary Gaming had a rough day, managing 5, 5, and 4 points.

Team Insane displayed their experience and grabbed first place in Group 2 with 45 points. They secured 28 eliminations and one Chicken Dinner. Team Shockwave finished second with 31 points, despite not winning a match. Altitude followed in third with 29 points.
Conqueror of Shooters placed fourth with 25 points, while Team Gltchy finished with 23 points. ELS Officials and Mysterious 4 earned 18 and 17 points, respectively.
Team VST, which had a strong run in Round 2, had an average start to Round 3. They finished 10th with 13 points.
The remaining matches for Groups 1 and 2 will be played on March 7, 2025.
