Aryan Khan Appears Before NCB As Part Of Bail Condition

MUMBAI: Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan on Friday deposed before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) as part of his bail condition.

Aryan Khan, along with two others – Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha – were granted bail by the Bombay High Court last week. Aryan Khan arrived at the NCB office and directly went inside. Also Read & Watch: Drugs-On-Cruise Case: Aryan Khan Walks Out After 23 Days In Mumbai Jail

The Bombay High Court had listed 14 conditions for his bail that includes conditions like he cannot leave Mumbai without informing the police and must appear before the agency every Friday. The conditions also include not indulging in similar activities, not communicating with other accused like his friend Arbaaz Merchant.

The NCB can request cancellation of bail if any of these conditions are violated by him.

He was released from Arthur Road prison on October 30. He spent 22 days in jail after he was arrested by the NCB in a cruise drugs case on October 3.

He was sent to NCB custody and then later sent to judicial custody on October 7.

The NCB had not recovered any drugs from him but claimed on his WhatsApp about his links with an international drugs cartel.
