The JMM-led alliance secures 56 seats in the 81-member Assembly, with JMM winning 34 seats and allies Congress, RJD, and CPI-ML contributing 22 seats. Sorenโ€™s victory marks the first time in Jharkhandโ€™s history that an incumbent government returns to power after completing a full term.

The BJP-led NDA, struggling in this election, secures 24 seats, with the BJP winning 21 and its allies AJSU, LJP (Ram Vilas), and JD(U) winning one seat each. Independent candidate Jairam Kumar Mahato of Jharkhand Loktantrik Krantikari Morcha wins from Dumri.
