Enthusiastic fans of both actors eagerly anticipated their collaboration. One fan exclaimed, “This is bound to be a sure-fire blockbuster! Can’t wait!” Another chimed in, saying, “This is going to be a blast… Let’s make it reach the 1000 Crore mark no matter what. We’re fully behind Sunny Paji.” Some fans even speculated whether the movie might draw inspiration from Khushwant Singh’s novel, “Train to Pakistan.” However, there isn’t much information available about the film’s storyline at this point.
Aamir’s last film, ‘Laal Singh Chadha,’ didn’t perform well at the box office in terms of earnings. Nevertheless, it received acclaim when it became available on Netflix. The movie also featured Kareena Kapoor and was a Hindi remake of the popular Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump,’ originally starring Tom Hanks.

Sunny Deol, on the other hand, is riding high on the remarkable achievement of his recent movie, ‘Gadar 2’. This film surpassed all expectations by earning over Rs 525 crore at the box office, briefly holding the title of the highest-grossing Hindi film in India, even surpassing Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathan’ for a brief period. However, Shah Rukh Khan’s latest release, ‘Jawan’, quickly dethroned it from the top spot just one day later.
For the unversed, Sunny Deol and Aamir Khan had not collaborated on a project prior to this one. However, they have engaged in several memorable box office showdowns as rivals in the past. Their first clash at the box office occurred in 1990 when Aamir Khan’s ‘Dil’ and Sunny Deol’s ‘Ghayal’ were released on the same day. In 1996, it was ‘Raja Hindustani’ vs. ‘Ghatak,’ followed by the most legendary box office clash in Indian cinema history in 2001, when ‘Lagaan’ released on the same day as ‘Gadar.’
