NEW DELHI: Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan and Amitabh Bachchan’s maternal grandson Agastya Nanda can be seen dancing joyfully in a new song ‘Va Va Voom’ from Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming movie ‘The Archies’. Shweta Bachchan Nanda’s son can be seen rocking Sharukh Khan’s moves to welcome the Badshah’s daughter.

In the music video, Agastya Nanda also performs a ‘Main Hoon Na’-style floor slide and flips Suhana 360 degrees. ‘The Archies’ song composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy also features Sri Devi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor, Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina, and Yuvraj Menda in the video.

Soon after the song was dropped, netizens showered praise on both Agastya Nanda and Suhana Khan. While some say they are astounded by Suhana’s performance in the field, others were astonished by Agastya’s moves.

Reacting to the video, one user on YouTube commented, “Suhana Khan’s performance is just awesome, outstanding furthermore the others are also very very  good… cheers for #TheArchies.”

Another user highlighted that Nanda, despite hailing from a family known for their lack of dance skills, such as Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, displayed a talent for dancing.

The viewer wrote, “I am astonished by the moves of Agastya…!!!  Coming from a family of non-dancers like the great Amitabh ji and Abhishek bacchan…  Really impressed Can’t wait to watch the movie.”

A third commented, “This song gives the 90’s vibes. No upbeats, just simple lyrics with a beautiful voice.”

‘Va Va Voom’ was written by Javed Akhtar and performed by Tejas. It was released by Sony Music India on Friday and begins with Agastya entertaining the crowd with a lively song while playing a guitar at a fair.

Suhana and Khushi, both dressed in knee-length layered gowns, soon join him. In an attempt to win over the girls, Agastya dances with each of them alternately, symbolising Archie’s perpetual romantic relationship with both.
