On July 31, a shocking incident took place at the Shiv temple in Nalhad village, Nuh district, which is predominantly Muslim. The temple came under attack when a mob from a nearby hillock pelted stones and opened fire. The violence occurred during a procession in the village, and the temple priest has now come forward to provide the first-hand account of the events that unfolded during the holy Shravan month. Due to safety concerns, the priest was initially hesitant to speak to the media but agreed after repeated requests. The situation escalated rapidly, and the violence also spread to the nearby Gurugram district, resulting in the tragic death of at least six people.
