Ashneer Grover rejected Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma as brand ambassador

Ashneer Grover, BharatPe's co-founder and Shark Tank India's former judge, said he paid half the amount and signed 11 other players instead for the same campaign.

Grover was approached for an IPL contract with some brokers.

They suggested to Grover that  he should put his ad on IPL players.

Grover didn’t tell what he was offered for the deal.

“I said I don’t want to repeat what Manyavar had already done,” said Grover.

He added that Kohli admired his business sense.

Shark Tank India Season 1 made Grover a household name.
