Ved Box Office Day 5 Collection 15.62 cr, Riteish-Genelia starrer going strong with numbers

Marathi film Ved released on 30 December 2022 is Riteish Deshmukh’s directorial debut.

The film depicts the story of Satya, a young man’s battle with addiction after he loses two most important things in his life: cricket and his girlfriend.

Ved on its first day surpassed Rohith Shetty’s Cirkus day 4 box office collection of Rs 2.7 Cr by earning Rs 3.02 Cr.

On the release of the trailer Riteish said, “I am starting a new journey.. my first step towards direction.. I am excited, scared and mad, hope you will like it, seeking your blessings and love.”

Some fans had compared the film’s teaser to Telugu film Majili, with many of them asking if it’s the remake. But that’s not the case.
