Social media influencer and actress Uorfi Javed has been detained after shooting a video in Dubai, UAE, according to a report.

Javed shot a video in a public area wearing revealing outfit, which is ‘not allowed’ in the country.

It is Javed’s contrivance to wear bizarre outfits and insinuate provocative reactions from social media users.

ETimes report said she was being interrogated by authorities in Dubai.

This interrogation may postpone Uorfi’s return ticket to India.

Uorfi made a special appearance on the dating reality show Splitsvilla X4, hosted by actors Sunny Leone and Arjun Bijlani.

Earlier, Uorfi had landed in legal trouble following the release of a music video for 'publishing or transmitting of material containing sexually explicit act'.
