NEW DELHI: The Border Security Force (BSF) and Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) held a Sector Commander-level Border Coordination Meeting on January 15, 2024, at BOP Benapole, 49 BGB, along the Petrapole-Benapole border. This significant interaction reinforced the commitment of both nations to strengthening bilateral ties and ensuring the security and sanctity of their shared international boundary. The BSF delegation was led by Shri Tarni Kumar, DIG, Sector Headquarters BSF Kolkata. The BGB delegation was headed by Colonel Mehedi Hasan Chowdhury, Sector Commander, Sector Headquarters BGB Khulna. Senior officers, including Battalion Commanders and Staff Officers from both forces, also participated in the meeting.
