NEW DELHI: Renowned educator Avadh Ojha officially joined the party in the presence of its National Convenor, Arvind Kejriwal. At a ceremony held at AAP’s headquarters on Monday, Ojha, popularly known as the “IAS Guru,” was inducted as a key ally in AAP’s vision to transform India’s education system.

His addition to AAP will strengthen not just the party but the entire education sector,” said Kejriwal. He underscored AAP’s achievements, such as the increase in government school students qualifying for IIT-JEE Mains, which rose from 15 in 2015 to 783 in 2024.
Ojha, an influential figure in education since 2005, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to work with AAP, citing his commitment to making quality education accessible for all.
