Her family’s migration from India to Pakistan during the Partition in 1947 adds a personal dimension to her involvement in the festivities. The idol of Ram Lalla is scheduled to be placed in the sanctum sanctorum on January 18, with the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony culminating in the grand inauguration on January 22.
